"RU'YA" is a monthly electronic magazine published by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It aims to highlight the Ministry's most prominent events and developments, as well as to follow the activities of higher education institutions in the United Arab Emirates. It also features the achievements and success stories of higher education students both inside and outside the UAE, through integrated content combining text, images, and video.
