By downloading, accessing, and using the MOHESR mobile application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. In addition to the applicable UAE laws, your use of this app signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions, whether or not you are a registered user. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the app immediately.
Agreement Amendment
MOHESR reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and they will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the app after such modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review this section for any changes.
Usage
You agree to use the MOHESR app for lawful purposes only. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when using the app. By using the app, you agree not to:
- Engage in any activity that constitutes a criminal offense or encourages others to commit unlawful acts.
- Upload, post, or share content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including representatives of MOHESR.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful software that may disrupt the app or other users' devices.
- Access or attempt to access restricted areas of the app without authorization.
- Modify, damage, or remove any content within the app.
- Disrupt normal communication within the app or interfere with the experience of other users.
- Claim affiliation with any organization without proper authorization.
- Use the app for unauthorized advertising, promotional purposes, or spamming.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of MOHESR or any third party.
- Collect, store, or misuse personal data of other users without their consent.
Registration
Access to certain features of the MOHESR app requires user registration, which is exclusively available through UAE PASS. By registering via UAE PASS, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information as required by the authentication process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your UAE PASS credentials.
MOHESR does not store or manage your UAE PASS login credentials and is not responsible for any unauthorized access resulting from the misuse of your UAE PASS account. If you experience any issues with UAE PASS, you should contact the relevant UAE PASS support service.
MOHESR reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to users who provide false or misleading information or violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
Termination of Usage
MOHESR reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any activity deemed unlawful or harmful. In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to the app, and MOHESR may take further action as necessary.

The app may contain links to external websites that are not managed by MOHESR. MOHESR does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, security, or policies of these third-party sites. By accessing external links, you acknowledge that you are subject to the terms and conditions of those respective websites.
Content Management
MOHESR reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor user-generated content within the app. While all efforts are made to ensure compliance with the terms, MOHESR is not responsible for content submitted by users. However, MOHESR retains the right to remove, edit, or restrict access to any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
All content within the app, including text, images, logos, and data, is protected under UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of app content is strictly prohibited.
Compensation and Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOHESR, its employees, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these terms. MOHESR reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control over any matter subject to indemnification by you. You may not settle any claim without MOHESR’s written consent.
